Weiler Creative Media is honored and thrilled to have been able to record District 12 MSVMA Choral Festival! As a veteran choral director myself of almost 30 years, it is a joy to see and hear such beautiful music and an honor to be able to preserve it for you!
If the video says “audio only” that means that there was a technical difficulty with the video for that performance (a few glitches unique to the first day!) so the audio is being provided so that no one goes without a recording! When you click on a video, it may default to a lower resolution for speed. To watch at 1280x720 click “Watch in YouTube” or at very least manually increase the resolution as it defaults to a far lower resolution than these videos were recorded in.
These videos were edited as the performance was taking place to provide you all with a recording to use in your classrooms as soon as possible. They are not fully indicative of what can be done in “post production”! If you would like to have a dedicated 4K video made of your performance, please email me using the link above and one can be made in just a couple of days with re-edited video and audio. Every camera filmed the entirety of each event, and the audio was digitally captured in multichannel, so a tighter and more pure edit is easy to create! I work for tips! :-)
