Weiler Creative Media is proud to be a supporter & sponsor of Snow Day 19! Participating Troupes can order custom videos of their set below. WCM prides itself on being specifically familiar with Go Comedy and how to best capture performances, both video and audio! We offer 3 different levels of videos that can be purchased below. For our top 2 tiers of video production, $10 of the purchase price will be contributed BACK to the fundraiser to help Snow Day reach their goals. We offer THREE tiers of videos for your performance at Snow Day 19. Each at a SUBSTANTIALLY reduced rate with the same audio and visual quality people have come to expect from Weiler Creative Media!
BASIC ARCHIVE ($20) - for this you get a single camera video of your set with fully mastered audio. The is the “camera in the back of the room” version, but still with our great audio track. No graphics, but will have our logo in the lower corner of the screen.
FULL EDIT ($50) - this gives you the full editing post production with footage used from all of our cameras (we usually have at least 9 running at any one time!) with every vantage point in the space and audience cameras as well. No WCM logo on the screen, and full asset graphics from SnowDay 19.
PREMIUM EDIT ($75) - this FULLY personalizes your video. You can send us your custom logos, splash screens, roster lists, etc. This resulting video makes it perfect for social media, other festival applications, or any other purpose where you would prefer that the video be more timeless rather than captured in time and space to the Snow Day event.
(TIME SURCHARGE) - if your set was over 30 minutes, there is a $20 surcharge just to cover the additional time, and anything over an hour has yet another $10 added on - regardless of the tier of video you have chosen.
SPECIAL DONATION pricing! For the “FULL” and “PREMIUM” videss, $10 of your purchase price will be donated BACK to the Snow Day 19 fundraising efforts!
NEED IT FAST? We guarantee you will receive your video in at LEAST 8-12 from the date of SnowDay (or from the date of payment if ordered after February 1). If you need it faster, for an additional $20, we will have it to you in under 4 weeks from the event (or from payment if after February 1st). If you need it RIGHT AWAY, reach out to us and we will work something out!
PAYMENT…. Payment is 50% up front, and remaining balance upon delivery (except BASIC vidoes, which are due at purchase).
